How do you define your world? What is reality to you?
If your reality is limited by what you can see with your eyes, hear with your ears and sense with your senses, by what you can understand with your IQ, then your world is truly limited.
Then you have a world and a reality which effectively excludes religion, any religion.
The first thing about religion is to acknowledge the idea that there might be a reality independent of yourself. A reality beyond your sight and insight.
There might be a truth that can not be measured or weighed or studied under a microscope. A truth that can not be sensed or understood by the human brain.
To me that is not at all difficult to accept. No offence, but the human brain does not appear to me to be the limit of creation.
I acknowledge the idea that there might be something more out there. I go looking for it. The infinite, eternal, ungraspable.
I go asking. I go seeking. I go knocking on doors.
And then I discover that I have undiscovered senses, latent talents, secret receptors spezialised i receiving signals of another kind. I can connect to that reality.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened
Matthew 7.8
“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as frends.
That is where the fun starts. That is when the real world opens up to you. The reality that you cannot see, cannot hear, cannot understand – namely the reality that you can TRUST.
Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne.
